Pledge Collection  (Over $160,000 raised for the SickKids Foundation)

Start/Finish

Start time: 8:00 AM

Start Line: Wells Hill Park – Across from the St. Clair Ave. West subway exit, one block east of Bathurst St. on the south side.

Getting There

Parking is extremely limited in the area. We strongly suggest taking public transportation to/from the race. St. Clair West subway station is a 2-minute walk west of the Start/Finish area. The 512 St. Clair Streetcar stops at Wells Hill Park, with transfers at St. Clair and St. Clair West subway stations. Please visit ttc.ca for schedules, maps and additional information. TTC subway service begins at 6:00 AM on Saturday.

PLEASE Do Not park on the north side of St. Clair Ave., or on  Russell Hill Rd., Davenport Rd., Christie St.) or anywhere on the course as your vehicle will be towed.

Bag Check

Bag check will be provide at the Start/Finish area. Please make sure that you have affixed your bib number to your bag for easy identification.

 

It’s always a good idea to pack your clothes in a plastic bag to keep them dry in case of inclement weather.

Toilets

Toilets will be located at the start/finish area in Wells Hill Park. 

 

Aid Stations

There will be a water station at the 3K point (located Davenport Rd. and Christie St.) on the north side.

Water and Gatorade will also be available at the Start/Finish area.

Food 

Water, Gatorade, Bananas, Pita’s, Clif bars and Honeywater will be available for participants only at the finish area. 

Timing

The race will be timed by Chip TIME Results using the BibTag timing system.

Race results will available at the finish area and online race day morning.

Race Kit Pick-up

The Running Room – Rosedale location at 1087 Yonge St. (2.5 blocks north of Rosedale subway station on the east side). 

Receive great discounts and in-store specials exclusively for our race participants during kit pickup. 

Thursday, September 7, 2018: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Friday, September 8, 2018: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

All participants will receive a wicking shirt and a bib.

We appreciate if you please pick up your kits on the above dates.

You may designate someone to pick-up for you if you cannot make it into the store.

 

Awards and Prizes

All finishers will receive a custom medal

Open Male/Female and Master Male/Female Categories

1st - $300.00 Running Room gift card, plus comp entry to following year’s race.                             

2nd - $200.00 Running Room gift card, plus comp entry to following year’s race.

3rd - $100.00 Running Room gift card, plus comp entry to following year’s race.

4th - $50.00 Running Room gift card, plus comp entry to following year’s race

Age categories will be awarded in 10 year increments to the 1st place M/F.

A promo code will be provided for a $10.00 entry fee discount.

Prizes will be mailed within 40 days of the event.

In-line skates, roller-skates, skateboards, bicycles, strollers, wheelchairs and dogs are not permitted on the course. There is a 1:30 time limit for the event.  
 
Participants walking slower may be asked to move on to the sidewalk upon course closure and obey normal traffic laws.
